Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

i4 Small Business Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information through the Church Growth Partners Program.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide through the application and referral forms, including organization name, contact details, leadership contact information, marketing needs, and referred business contact information. We also collect usage data such as page visits, referral link clicks, and UTM parameters.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to review applications, manage the program, track referrals, calculate service credits, communicate with you, and improve our services. Referred business information is used to contact the business and assess whether it qualifies as a referral.

3. Referral Data Privacy

Partner dashboards show privacy-safe referral statuses only — submitted, contacted, signed, paid, and qualified. We do not display referred businesses' payment amounts, private notes, conversation history, or sensitive information to partners.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the program, and as required by law. Referred business contact information is shared with i4 Small Business Services only with the business owner's confirmed consent.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, preserve partner attribution, and understand how the site is used. Partner codes and UTM parameters may be stored in your browser session to keep referral attribution accurate.

6. Data Retention

We retain program and referral data for as long as your organization participates in the program and as needed to administer service credits, plus any period required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations. Contact us using the information below to make a request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a revised date.
