Program Terms

1. Program Overview
The Church Growth Partners Program (the "Program") is operated by i4 Small Business Services ("i4SBS", "we"). The Program provides approved religious organizations with 6 months of the i4SBS AI Online Marketing Stack at no service cost, with the opportunity to earn additional free service through qualified business referrals.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to approved churches, ministries, faith-based schools, and religious nonprofit organizations that complete the application and pass the qualification review. i4SBS reserves the right to approve or decline any application in its sole discretion.
3. Initial Free-Service Period
Every approved organization receives the complete i4SBS AI Online Marketing Stack free for the first 6 months, beginning on the date recorded in the partner dashboard when the agreement is signed and onboarding is approved.
4. Six-Referral Milestone
If the organization refers 6 new businesses that become qualified paying i4SBS clients during the initial 6-month period, the organization earns an additional 6 months of free service, for up to one full year.
5. Annual Renewal
For each following program year, the organization must refer 10 new qualified paying clients to receive that year's services free.
6. Qualified Referral Definition
A referral counts only after all of the following are met: (a) the business is not already an i4SBS lead or client; (b) the referral is connected to the organization's unique referral link or code; (c) the business signs an agreement; (d) the business completes its first required payment; (e) the payment is not refunded or disputed during the qualification period; and (f) the account remains in good standing.
7. Duplicate and Existing-Record Handling
Referrals already in the i4SBS database at the time of submission are flagged as duplicates and do not count toward the organization's goal.
8. Refunds, Disputes, and Cancellations
If a referred client receives a refund, disputes payment, or fails the qualification requirement, the qualification credit may be removed and the organization's progress recalculated, as permitted by the signed terms. The organization will receive a neutral status update without financial details.
9. Service Credits — Not Cash
Qualified referrals earn service credits — additional free marketing service. This is not a cash affiliate program. No commissions, cash payments, or donations are paid for referrals.
10. Third-Party Expenses
Advertising costs, domains, texting, calling, AI usage, premium software, and other third-party expenses are separate unless explicitly included in a written agreement.
11. Usage Limits
AI usage, texting, calling, and other platform usage are subject to fair-use limits defined in the organization's written service agreement.
12. Data Privacy and Dashboard Access
Partner dashboards display privacy-safe referral statuses only. Dashboard access requires authenticated login. Referred businesses' payment amounts, private notes, and conversation history are never shown to partners.
13. Referral Consent
Every referral must include confirmed consent from the business owner to share their contact information with i4 Small Business Services.
14. No Guaranteed Results
i4SBS does not guarantee specific attendance, membership, ranking, lead, or business-growth results. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
15. Cancellation
If the referral requirement is not met, the organization may continue at the regular monthly price or discontinue service before the free period ends.
16. Program Changes
i4SBS may modify the Program at any time. Organizations will be notified of material changes. These terms are a summary and do not replace the written service agreement.
17. Written Agreement Controls
In the event of any conflict between these terms and the organization's written service agreement, the written service agreement controls all final terms, pricing, included services, and program details.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, i4SBS's liability under the Program is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
